Garry, you are quite right about a poison pill. However, a poison pill doesn't help when you are running out of cash to run the company. At that point, the management desperately wants someone, anyone, to bail them out. Any bid is likely to be considered and almost nothing is considered to be a hostile bid. The terms of a bail out are usually pretty ugly for the shareholders.
I plan to monitor the cash/cash equivalents position and the burn rate very carefully.
