OGPS support appears to be 1.281 but that could be "fake" bids. They are widening the spread , imo, to discourage buying. adding at 1.4375 - $1.50

everytime it runs up over $1.50 it slowly moves back down over the next day or two... mostly because the stock is moving up without any true event.. last couple times it's moved up on new coverage.. as I said, it's not really one to worry about from day to day.. sure if you can time the highs/lows.. cool.. until we get some solid news and affirms they have the financing.. it'll bounce around... but hopefully the trend will be up and the float will fall into safer hands.. jim
