Everyone:
I am selling my NCES.
If you look now on level two you will see a bid for 3 5/16 to
sell 3000 shares.
I still have 1000 shares and will hold these.

My sources tell me no buyout anytime soon.

Still I put out the play at 2 31/32 so if you bought then you
will make a little change.
NCES is still a good company but in my opinion without a buyout
it will struggle to get back on its feet.

We have got to quit sitting on our hands.
I have cash now but don't know what to buy.
I may just a few days and see what this market is going
to do.
Today has really surprised me. I thought we would have an
up day and a up week. But it has started out bad.
