ron, these are a few of the questions aluded to; why would a company which needs rights of ways not pay for them or even consider asking the grantors for contractual committments? why would a compay acknowledge that it cannot meet the terms of a newly 'negotiated' debt instrument? why would a company limit itself by the terms of same instrument from selling assets, raising additional debt or other means of raising $? can the folks on this thread spell 'reverse split'? just a thought ynot :) www.canreadSECstatements.com
