I also favor the quicker AMEX listing now-a-days. Especially with the AMEX-NASDAQ merger, there is less corruption and manipulation than in days gone by.

Also, with an amex listing you get immediate marginability provided the stock is above $5, an additional benefit.

This is the latest example of how this thing gets run. For months everyone has been indoctrinated into awaiting the almighty NASDAQ listing. Seemingly out of the blue Francoise is innocently asked on RB what about an AMEX listing. Francoise of course doesn't know, but he'll check into it. Now a couple of days later we can suddenly expect news about ZSUN going to the AMEX and Francoise begins touting all the reasons why the AMEX will be the solution to ZSUN's problems.
I guess Francoise carries quite a bit of weight with the powers that be at ZSUN. For them to give up their hopes of a precious NASDAQ listing(where any new tech stock trades, especially internets) for a spot on the much lesser AMEX, just because Francoise suggests it, WOW.

Face it folks, they can't meet the requirements for a NASDAQ listing, so they'll try for the less stringent AMEX listing. Didn't they get this done with CQMT/DDD a few weeks ago. I believe Truthseeker posted having special knowledge of the early days of accounting on that one. Hey maybe they should list on the Hong Kong stock exchange, didn't Coachman post an article showing that they don't allow naked shorts? After all it looks like most of ZSUN is held by Asian firms and it's an Asian internet play, YEP the Hang Seng is the solution to ZSUN's problems.

The funny thing here is these posts referring to Riley G. like he's someone that should be consulted with. LOL. Maybe ZSUN can hire him as head of investor relations, you wouldn't even have to call, just think your question and they will be answered. This just keeps getting funnier. Please, take a look at what happened to all the other stocks that ZSUN keeps emulating. They're all dead and gone, or the dirts being shovelled onto their coffin. That little itch could be telling you something.
