The response you get from me, if any, is useless. I am not in management and I do not speak for management nor do I have any policy making powers. I am happy to try to answer basic questions like what time something is on, what anchor does what show, how to read the ticker, etc.

Please direct complaints, etc. to management and I suggest snail mail might get the best response if you find your email going astray.

I have received a human response from CNBC. In fact, touch wood, they've even acted on what I suggested. I don't like to make Ted a lightning rod for my frustrations. I respect his courage to correspond on this thread. I must admit though, the temptation to ask that he pass something on often overcomes me. I really don't like to do it, but I am guilty from time to time.
