I just hope it's sooner than later. And when it happens, my misfortunes will turn around in a big way. Like you, just sitting and waiting. -------------- To: MR. FISH (40089 ) From: dgivinvestor Wednesday, Mar 10 1999 5:45PM ET Reply #40156 of 46551 Mr Fish- Without being very specific, I own + 000,000 shares of dgiv. I started with 30,000 several years ago and increased many times over the past year to the point that I currently have a good number of hundreds of thousands of shares. But so what? Mr. Fish- do NOT read anything into the return of Rocketman and myself. First, it's purely coincidental. And I know for myself, I have no purpose other than interest. ------------------------ To: Sam Lee (40912 ) From: dgivinvestor Friday, Mar 19 1999 9:41PM ET Reply #40916 of 46551 EVERYONE- TAKE THIS FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH! Today is March 19 9:35pm EST. The price of dgiv is going to drop below its current base. Expect 50-60 cent share price in the upcoming period with possible further dips down to the 40's. This is going to result from a large dump of shares (and btw, they're not mine!) which may be spread out not to make the drop too big at one time but it will cause a significant dip. I'm not telling anyone what to do and I'm holding mine regardless but remember you've been forewarned. The sell-off is due to investor impatience and, quite honestly, dismay over the lackluster performance and continued failure to execute against expectations. ------------------- To: Jane J. Jackson (40074 ) From: dgivinvestor Wednesday, Mar 10 1999 5:40PM ET Reply #40154 of 46552 Jane- someone finally said the truth. Your statement that dgiv maybe should have been under a dollar all along is RIGHT ON. We, who have owned over the last year, know full well that the stock should have never hit $8 but for the baseless hype of some of the previous thread members. Everyone got taken over by it, but me I think. I saw it as a scam back then and still do. There's nothing in dgiv's situation that warrants the price being anywhere near $8 for a bb which is an exception to say the least. The fact is, like it or not, and anyone can bash me for this, but...dgiv hasn't done diddlesquat (not sure I'm spelling it right). It has no contracts. It has no confirmed deals. It has no financials. It has not followed thru on anything it has said. So, perhaps the proper pricing should be more like 20-40 cents, not even $1. And I think it would be there save for two or so big owners who haven't sold yet (and dgiv personnel of course). So, why am I still here? Because I believe in Jimmy and as a businessman, I know that startups have problems and difficulties, especially when competing against the giants in telco/communications/internet services. That doesn't mean there's no hope. And I think the ship will come in. But up to now, nothing's ever happened but a lot of hope, hype, and prayer. No facts. No reality. No nothing. Sounds ominous, and maybe it is. But I still believe we will hit it it's just a question of when and whether dgiv will still be in business by that time. For me, I committed to stay in all the way and I intend, stupidly or smartly, to do just that. And I believe (although I can't speak for him) that Mr D feels the same way. Sorry for the long commentary. ----------------
