I am looking at head and shoulders at the bottom of huge troughs- the ones I look for don't look a bit like double tops- look at pdg for an example- TOY is another example I am following- now that last shoulder can't break down and fall below the head. I am also using very long term stochastics and working on stocks that are dramatically oversold on their weekly charts. That said, they could still suck. So I don't think I can answer your question- if there is an answer. It's a gamble using these patterns as far as I'm concerned.
