Berwyn: SEPARATE COMPANIES--I don't think so. I had a great chat with X-stream office in Toronto and got more information than I got anywhere else. I called the Toronto office again the next day and was told about this quiet period and from then on would I call the head office (two) in the UK. Sometime after that, I talked to Mr. Myers and Mr. Manning. I got good vibes from both those calls.

I think the different names ie INC vs. LTD is just the way they have to be designated in the different countries. I recall it was Firecrest Group, Inc. here and Firecrest Group PLC in England. Jeff
