Well regards NPLS I hope so---I am 5&1/2 down on that one.
But I am not going to charge in with more money unless NASD tells me it is ready to rally.
I,myself,don't average down in an ugly market until I see the turn----these bottoms are somehow hard to guess when NASD gets like this--but,yes,at the right moment NPLS would appear to be a fine buy.Max90
