Well, actually yes, they were pushing, but you have to look behind it. NITE was very weak. I've been saying this for a long time. And I've been saying, that the way to play this stock for now, is to the downside. So, CIBC sees NITE as vulnerable - all it needs is a push to collapse it. That is what is happening. NITE is weak. Why is CIBC doing it? Could be short term trading, or indeed hoping to buy later at a lower price - note that CIBC is a covering broker for NITE, and they give them a strong buy.
