Hi Suntrader, Great information, what a read. Regarding Greg Carvahalo, he is the Secretary of XSNI and I mentioned him to the NYC attorney - he had purportedly an appointment or two with Mike Langdon within the last two months;

Carvahlo could also have been one of the original "private offering" participants of xstream canada, or had this stock issuance drawn up to reflect such a large percentage of the outstanding shares (ie 50M and he owns 5% of the shares) Hard to tell as they do not have to make any statements until the year 2000.

At 30th of April 1998, and 31st December 1996 the directors were interested in shares
of the parent company, X-Stream Network inc, as follows:

G B Carvalho 1,256,117 Ordinary shares of $0.01 each
J R Manning 41,000 " "

still the document is really confusing - so and so told me when I called in May, 1999, that there were no preferred stocks issued; the TA told me there were 50 million shares authorized; now there is a document in London that is public that says over 100 million common shares and 10 million preferred.

"As stated in
the circular, the authorized share capital was increased to 100 million common and
10 million preferred shares. It is interesting to note that Mannings shares are
common not preferred !"

Thank you so much for your hard work and reading through all that stuff. Looks like you have found some positive things as well, like those incoprorated Nethead and GOD (which Carvahlo is the lead man and domain contact for both) being owned by XSNI - however so and so didn't include them in his pm to Jeffrey D aka at the time JS.

But I have been told by reliable sources nothing has to be answered nor filed until the year 2000, least not over here!! Good work.

Yup vacationers had a great time, truly entertained and I can't wait to get out of town this Fall myself. Look forward to seeing you and yours too. CUL8TR, Jacalyn :-)

Suntrader: X-STREAM(LY) hard work on your part. Above and beyond the call of duty. Those who were a bit nervous about X-stream's credibility, I think you cooled them out a bit. I don't think we'll have to wait until the year 2000 before we hear big news from X-stream. I think they surprised themselves topping in over 400,000 subscribers and possibly in 3rd place in the U.K. The year 2000 is nearly 2 Internet years away and lots can happen in 2 weeks even before that FreeServe IPO. If X-Stream is in 3rd place in the UK Internet, they all of a sudden become extremely important to many of those large wealthy USA Internet Eagles.
