Kevin, there was a one time earnings adjustment of .37, back that out and you get the .91. As I suspected, the revenue numbers look good. Will have to wait and see what Lou's spin is to determine what the stock will do.

Might be something about a preferred issue ; could be positive though

Trading halted - clever boy that LVG combining news of it with earnings - doesn't state it is a new issue
