Will post a reply when i get it. ST Dear sir, I recently read your article that made reference to X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd and the fact that it is a privately held company. I also have read the e-mails from Jeff D, both to and from yourself, which he has posted on the XSNI bulletin board on the Silicon Investor website at www.techstocks.com If you click on the link and type XSNI in you will see the thread i am refering to. Having just returned from England, i just wanted to clarify to you that X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is not privately held. As i understand, having searched the company at Companies House in London, X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc from the United States. This can be confirmed by a simple search at companies house. According to a circular sent by Mr Robert Manning, Chairman of The X-Stream Network Inc.(formerly Mega Com Group Inc, and parent company of Mega Com Group Plc in the UK) to shareholders in February 1999, X-Stream Technologies Inc is owned by X-Stream Network Inc. To Quote: "Dear Shareholder: We are writing to update you on several exciting developments that have occurred at The X-Stream Network Inc. (the Company), formerly Mega Com Group Inc, over the past year. The most significant is the acquisition by the Company of X-Stream Technologies Inc. (X-Stream)." The X-Stream Network Inc currently trades on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol XSNI. In your response to the e-mail sent by Jeff D you stated that the company had informed you that it was privately held. I would ask that you look into this further as all the information i have found indicates that it is a publicly traded company. If it is publicly traded, as i am convinced it is, are you able to confirm that through sources other than the company ? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely
