today's action seemed to give yet another signal

lots of hype over the Barrons article; minimal reaction by the close

as to Cook buying 5000 shares in the open market; he has options for what 3,000,000 or more at 7; so why on earth would he buy a token 5k if not as a poor attempt to juice the stock?

as I have said in the past I've played this both long and short, as well as in a boxed position
right now I am 100% short again
early target to cover some at 37-40; more at 30-32; the rest no clue yet

OK - talk to me when there is any selling, and no buying.

Smoke and mirrors companies don't see insider buying like this. Stock options - yes. Personal money - no.

Not a lot of companies out there, period (if any), that have a zero revenues but insiders are backing it with millions of their own cash. Let me know if you are aware of any others.

You bash Cook for not buying in recent months (he has bought in the past). Of course, you discard Sanchez's buying spree (I don't hear mention of that fact when it comes the shorts rationale).

Then Cook buys stock in the open market, on top of all the options he owns, with his own money, and you perceive this as a negative because it is only a meager $200,000. PR move - yea right. Like he spent $200K trying to fake everyone out to buy a few more days/weeks before they announce they really have nothing. I believe he cannot sell these shares for 6 months. Sanchez can't sell the last $2mil he spent (quite a bit before that also) until mid-October. These guys didn't get this money in the first place playing a mean game of poker, last time I checked.

I think you need to lose that lovin' feeling....
