Announces Reverse Stock Split LAS VEGAS, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The company has approved a 5 to 1 reverse of all outstanding shares effective Thursday, July 29, 1999 and is filing notice of the reverse with the OTC Bulletin Board. In light of recent acquisitions of the company, and the raising of capital and issuance of shares, pursuant to the acquisitions, the company deemed the reverse to be in the company's best interests in order to better reflect the adjusted value of the company's shares.
