UB: I think you infer-est too much, to misquote the Bard, when you say: "Furthermore, it is clear to me, McKay is out." He doesn't say anything about quitting or being ousted. He's building new quarters and he just can't get away for a while. Give him a break. He'll be back soon, I'm sure. Meanwhile, we'll see how Russ does during this R&D phase. So far we're looking good per M. McKay.
