Wolanchuk refuses to be pinned down on a lot of things. Take a look at wolanchuk.com You'll find yourself wondering: 1) Who invented this "top 10 timers" list? 2) Who calculates it? 3) Wouldn't it be easy to "cheat" if you were the one doing the calculations and setting the rules? 4) Who are all the "advisors" from whom the "top 10" are selected? 5) Does this "index" compare the advisors' actual portfolio performances? Answers: 1) Don Wolanchuk 2) Don Wolanchuk 3) Yes 4) Any and every newsletter writer whose performance is worse than Wolanchuk's 5) No This is my opinion only. It is quite possible that Wolanchuk is really a very honest and humble human being, who is only trying to help others, and that his index represents a best effort to educate the public about who they should really listen to regardless of whether or not he comes out on top.
