.............OT................ Bill, I think most of US history books only tell them good side of the US history, and little or at least downplay the awful thing the US did to other countries, or even to the Native Americans. I read somewhere that the actual number of Native Americans who lived on this continent was actually much higher than the figure taught in US history books.

Mike, I agree. This constant use of cruise missiles etc. has to stop. Maybe a new president without all the scandals to hide will do better. If something does not directly affect us stay the heck out. And I hope this China/Taiwan thing gets settled. To the Chinese Taiwan is a big deal. The Taiwanese Minister should have been more discreet. I wonder why he made a statement that he knew would cause problems. I hate politicians. Start a fight and leave the mess for everyone else to clean up. Anyone for a change of subject? How about puts/calls? JBW
