Jill, that broker report is bogus. They cite Fidelity as high priced, and show $25 per online order. The active trader fee is $15, and it only takes about 30 trades to get active trader status. The best part is that they are a safe place to put your ira, and you can get a lot of personal help unavailable from e-trade type brokers.

Add the costs of missed opportunity (due to web problems) to the fees of the "cheap" brokers, and they are much higher than Fidelity.
