I believe the next 12 months are going to be very favorable to undervalued companies. This is based on two observations. 1) It is unlikely that the growth sector can maintain 30% annual returns, and the growth funds are skewed far above their long term avg, and hence likely to decline. 2) The value funds are skewed well below their long term avg, and hence likely to increase.

I have some criteria for value: 1) The company must have solid revenue and earnings growth, 2) The company must have solid product line, and 3)the company must have excellent management, 4) the company must have good cash reserves, and little debt. 5) The company must be undervalued.

INPR is definitely undervalued. But without the revenue & earning growth, it is hard to see them as a value play.

Well looks like the Bullish Support Line held for now and INPR will now test the Bearish Resistance Line once again.
