Component problems not that bad--Rich said the following about component problems:
1. "component suppliers are adding capacity",
2. "seeing more capacity now" and
3. "it will be 3 to 6 months to get out of the [capacity] problem".

Also, I like the fact that component problems began in this quarter--thus, this quarter's numbers already reflect the problem. Once the capacity problem is resolved (Q1 2000?
