HotShot1, yes, the annual report figure is a bit out of date. The cash positions excluding marketable securities are as follows.
September 30, 1998 - $1.11M
Q1 1999 - don't have it on file
Q2 1999 - $2.0M
If you review the posts on this thread, you will find that Jack Wrayfield did an analysis of how long the company could operate with the given cash position and the current burn rate. If memory serves me correctly, Michael Jacobs pointed out that Jack's calculations were fine except that he used the capital burned for a six month period rather than per quarter so the actual operating time for the current capital was double what Jack projected. It seemed to me that the company could operate for a little over two years without an infusion of capital or revenue growth.
In summary, I don't see a cash crunch coming.
