Well let's say 8 percent IS low, and instead growth is 20 percent (generous). If I am once again VERY generous, and STILL give them a P/E of 50, then the stock should be at 85 dollars. But should I still give a P/E of 50? I don't know! Opinions?

I hate to sound ignorant, but can someone give me a definition of a tracking stock? Will current shareholders automatically get a piece of it? Or will current shareholders of MSFT have a chance to buy it at the initial offering price, or would current shareholders get zilch and have to buy it like every other John Doe? TIA

Regards,

Craig
