Why buy a second rate portal when ATHM already had its own home page setup? Isn't the "vision" supposedly that ATHM will be signing up subscribers at a huge ramp rate over the next 5+ years? If so, why pay an obscene price to "buy" XCITs traffic? In my view, ATHMs huge competitive edge was the SPEED! How does XCIT add much to that, except to massively dilute shareholders? MIKE
