Frank, it may be no more complex than the notion that private lines might be the best initial business prospect for that region, but I do get your point.   Marketing may not be LVLT's strongest suit; it certainly wasn't MFS's under Crowe--lots of "clarity of message to customer" issues there, based on personal experience.   (I personally think Crowe probably hates the idea of spending money on advertising and the like, but I could be wrong.)

Maybe, but that sure isn't a brilliant marketing, brand-building strategy, is it?   Speaking of branding, that is another not-so-great issue with LVLT, beginning with the name itself.   But that is another topic entirely.   Later for that one.
