The problem they had was with the permissioning servers... prices were still flowing fine - that was my understanding. If you were logged on at the open and stayed on, you should have been fine.

I like QCharts a lot... did you know you can switch price servers, if one gets slow? Friday, it was bogging down on me and I got a messsage after a couple of minutes "switching to faster price server"... it did it automatically!

I'm a little concerned about QCharts questionable customer service operation though... you can not get them on the phone to save yourself. And, they don't reply to support emails. Took my other half almost a week to get a simple question answered! Know any good workaround, to get support on QCharts?
