Only if you owned as of 7/24/99. If so, you need to call your broker and tell them you want to participate in the DSSP program (directed shares allocated to SFE holders.) You get 1 ICGE for every 10 SFE you own (you must own at least 500 shares to qualify. If you own less, you can call SFE asnd they've set up a fund to purchase the shares.
you also get to buy into USIT, at a 20:1 ratio.
