Back to the Topic. In case anyone is interested (as we are all waiting here with baited breath for the announcement of the much heralded accounting firm), I looked up the SEC reporting schedule for OTC-BBS firms. MRPS must be fully reporting and in compliance by the close of business on Tuesday, February 1, 2000. That gives MRPS about 5½ months to get its respective company act together.
