Morgan, The one thing i found interesting in the conference call was that Maffei really does not know what kinds of sales figures to expect from Windows2000 simply because its primary target is the mid to large corporation market. This product could be a blowout beyond what analysts expect.

The other point i would like to make is on some question about employee stock options, it was implied that existing employees should continue to benefit from such incentives. That means a year over year gains of a significant amount in the stock price. Seems positive.

Maybe your target of 140 of April is very realistic. The Windows2k potential must be huge on a global scale. They also plan a consumer version as well as i read earlier---sounds like another cash generator.

Now we have Windows2k to look forward to. That is underestimated in my opinion.

Overall i got a positive feeling from the conference call. Their share repurchases were pretty large this quarter and that is also a bullish sign on the stock. I don't expect a stock related drop but as we suspect the market may be ready for a drop. Who knows what the analysts will say tomorrow--good comment and we could see a bounce.

We will wait and see.

BTW--starting to enjoy the daytrading course---still got 4 weeks of practical training to go to. The instuctors don't really give any illusions of easy mony--to their credit.

I am currently long August QCOM calls which I would like to translate into a position in the common through exercise. I'll be happy if the stock goes up. Numbers look very good on the surface.
