FSTW...scammy scam scam scam......Lawsuits will be hitting the wires by Wednesday. Management of this company sat back all day and watched their pathetic little stock go up 360% on a deal valued at $100k and $18k per year in service. They did not disclose it until the end of the day. They did not disclose it up front (even though they did not have to legally) but they did leave themselves wide open for frivolous lawsuits filed by traders who never read the press release. It is reported on Baron that both MSFT and FSTW both have stated that this deal is not very big. FSTW's only gain is to be able to say MSFT is one of their customers. I hope that no regulars on this board held this over night. I expect it to open down and continue that way quickly until the shorts cover. I am not short, but wish I had in the high 8's. Good luck to anyone holding this P.O.S. because I am afraid that you are going to need it.
