MikeMargin--Well Mike, didn't I here them laugh when they projected $0.90/share for Q4. I just think they want to avoid getting sued by those to whom they are selling the 4.6MM shares if, and this isn't likely, something should go wrong. Note that MOT has multiple lawsuits from shareholders who bought IRID stock. Should G* fail, Q doesn't want to get sued by all the newly mented shareholders. The old ones don't have much to complain about.
