Rob, this company will not be making money for many years to come. GG projected revenue at $5 million for 99 far less than the $22 million interest payment it makes on the $180 million debt. In fact, a condition for getting the debt is NOPT must put away more than $70 million to meet its interest payments for the first 3 years.

Are you sure the buying is based on the Gilder recommendation? What do you base this assumption on? Are you polling all the buyers?
