As difficult as it was to get the account opened at WIT, I wonder if that many shareholders are participating.

Mark, your assumptions are correct. An "AR" only increases your chances, but they still send out a lot more AR's than they have shares to allocate. I have had a WIT account for some time now, and would guess that recently I get shares in about 10-20% of the times that I get an AR. Good luck!
