I am not 100% native American myself as part of me is celtic, gaelic, and teutonic. I would imagine that not that many people can claim purity of blood lines and have no problem at all about that.

I think the term native American came about because some disgruntled brave didn't want to be compared to an Asian Indian. Of course, the word Indian was given to indigenous people first found by Columbus because he thought he was in India. The term Indian is fine with me. I just like to dig whites who think they are pure bloods of European descent and are superior to every other group there is by using the Native American moniker. TD
