They are now a direct competitor of SUN trying to sell SANs with SUN equipment in it...probably not the type of SANs SUN wants to sell anyway. Brocade probably felt that they have no chance to win SUN's OEM anymore. I would be annoyed if I were SUN....not threatened by any stretch of imagination....but annoyed....because now I have to answer some calls from customers and resellers wanting to know what the scoop is.
