I agree Joe. As an MDHM investor I really don't want to hear another word about Orex unless they prove out and implement with documented results an effective short-busting tactic that can transfer to MDHM.

I really don't want to commiserate with Orex shareholders either.

This is not news. Certainly anyone who accepts the possibility of Nesbitt (and others?) being illegally short MDHM has to have already concluded that they would have other such targets.

Frankly, if there is illegal shorting I would like the practice to be stopped.

Barring that, I would consider it progress in the near term if Nesbitt shorted more Orex to fund covering their MDHM positions at prices much higher than today's. :)
