Mad2, Is this a trend? I wonder if the wires will take news releases from "Auric Goldfinger" and "Mr. P$nk". IMHO, there is no question that with the Internet a group of investors could manipulate a given stock. But, couldn't they do the same thing with the telephone? I feel that the major advantage of the Internet to the individual investor is that we can share in the behind the scenes shenanigans and manipulations that a lot of companies and others attempt to put over on us. The unfortunate thing is that the same medium is being used to megahype the "marginal" investments, and there is a plethora of unsuspecting "investors" willing to believe the hype. I guess as long as there are people willing to surrender their money to hypesters and cons, there will be hypesters and cons willing to take it. Have fun, Phil
