Yes, FranQ. You are Qorrect.

"Pro forma" is simply a phrase used to describe what would have been if what has been hadn't been. Cute, huh!

In this case, Q's management is using pro forma numbers (including revenue and net income) to show what the business would have looked like from the top line to the bottom line if if the infrastructure biz had not been around during the two most recent quarters. Doing so gives investors an idea of what stuff will look like in upcoming quarters when there will be no infrastructure biz.

Frankly, I don't remember if the press releases have shown what the pro forma revenue was. That might be causing confusion for some. But you can believe that the bean counters started with the pro forma revenue and worked their way down the income statement to get to the pro forma earnings, even if they didn't publish the pro forma revenue.
