there is nothing to sell but paper
and that paper is controlled by the debt holders
no right of way assets
no ability to raise cash

WHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKKK

ahh, the sound of a zen master using a bamboo rod on NOPT long ;)

good luck,
ynot :)

PS
if you think market is fair today at $40
then will you whine when it slips back to $20 or maybe $10?
or perhaps a 'reverse split' when the debt isn't paid?
remember, look both ways
zen, cross the street :)

By your reasoning, CUST would be a screaming buy the third week of May as well, and no doubt many fools jumped in on 5/24 because the charts were screaming buy. Give it some time, and no company can support ridiculous valuation on empty fundamentals. NOPT is trading on thin ice. No meaningful revenue, heavy debts, losses from operations for years to come, and did I mention they have a grand total of 30 employees including the mail lady.

Tom
