Anthony, reviewing all the information I have gathered on this company, there is absolutely no question in my mind that FirstWave intended to and did mislead many investors in the cited press release today. The transaction represents less than 1% of FSTW's entire trailing revenue for the whole year, and if this is not a little "Mickey Mouse" transaction, I don't know what is.

The company officials' total lack of remorse makes this incident even more insidious.

Anthony, I have following questions for you:

1. In your opinion, what factors determine whether a stock will gap up or gap down next day after positive news (in this case seemingly too positive news) has come out?

2. How does one know in the run-up day whether or not MMs are net shorts or longs?

said Brock, adding that the release ''was not intended to infer that Microsoft was going to do a master contract with us or something.''

I hope Roger will enlighten Mr. Brock on the use of 'infer' at the next Board meeting. That's worth more to me than FSTW's price - not!
