I have no confirmation as to whether insiders of FSTW have or even intend to dump any stock yet. It was just a generalized statement, and take notice that I did not even mention FSTW in that sentence.

Mr. Babb, since you are here, let me ask you this question. I realize you are one of FSTW's Board of Directors, and would appreciate your honest opinion on whether or not you think today's press release was not misleading. I think it was misleading by its not mentioning the financial terms. I am not saying FSTW does not have good long-term potential for investors. Do you honestly think the run-up would have taken place if the press release did mention the financial terms? You and I know that the answer is a resounding "no". I would hope that this was an unintentional act, but next time, FSTW should really disclose important terms of any agreement and stop publishing this sort of press releases. To continue to do so is tantamount to opening itself to a lawsuit.

Also, I don't think there was any insider sale. If there was any insider activities, it would make more sense that it would have been buys.
