Whether there are rumors or information leaks or not it certainly does demonstrate in spite of the apparent lack of interest which allowed the price to slip to $2 in reality there is a lot of potential investment money watching for any sign of action. Spectrum has good technological capabilities in things like digital radio, Third Generation wireless (3G) which have yet to develop commercial market presence. We can't see how this is all going to play out for spectrum but the future is really bright. I think that the Canadian government loan says that sspi is planning to stay a canadian co. because the Canadian government does not give out these loans to companies that have too much foreign ownership. There is a certain amount of economic nationalism involved in all this, it is done to help Canadian companies become competitive on the world market. All Hopes for the Best -- Dick
