Blank person - thanks for the update. I spent some time trying to unravel the 8-K for the Series A conv. pfd (which I mentioned a couple days ago). It looks more like a senior term note with an equity kicker than a classic open-end conv. pfd. There are ways for pprt to redeem for cash without issuing shares after a certain time at what some might consider reasonable cost. If only for the education (i.e., if you can decipher this one, the next one should be a piece of cake), I suggest common sharholders download the 8-K from the SEC's Edgar (or one of the commercial services that mirrors EDgar but adds value) and pick at it awhile in hardcopy. Or, ask the company to send you a copy. And keep that pencil sharp! I used their outline headings and then diagrammed the seemingly interminable sentences just like in junior high English to figure out which were the conditional clauses, the dependent clauses, and the independent clause (i.e., the real sentence), but I'm sure there are other methods.
Regards,
Harry
