Re: Prospects I think today's TELT licensing announcement (see biz.yahoo.com for details) marks the start of real results for XYBR. The fact that TELT was brought to heel in less than two months once XYBR flexed some legal muscle is very encouraging and shows that TELT's counsel was quick to conclude that they were unlikely to prevail in any protracted courtroom battle. If XYBR can succeed in forcing anyone who wants to market a wearable computer to take a license then their future is assured.
