Hello Russett.

Very good analysis/overview. Thank you.

I note that CJ's projection of 250K carats per year over 13 years from proven Klipspringer (3.45km) strike length assumes tonnage throughput of roughly 360 tonnes per year ( or 30K tonnes per month/1500 tpd).

Mindful of the post M1 cash flow concern , I asked CJ/KF whether production could be increased above 1500 tpd post M1/Marsfontein ; IOW, assuming for the moment that it would make economic sense to do so , could both the 2000 tpd and the 1000 tpd plants be used to process Klipspringer ore and could SUF extract the ore that quickly. Both said that in about 18 months from now the mining would have advanced to such an extent and the 1000 tpd would be ramped up to such an extent that , yes , as much as 3000 tpd (or say close to 500K carats/yr. ) could be processed. I do not think that the market appreciates this inherent flexibility to effectively accelerate production at Klipspringer.

Regards.
