The .50 AE sounds like quite a piece of steel. Also like it may take three men and a boy to operate it and a gun carriage to haul it around! <g>

Seriously, that's quite a piece of equipment. I assume a 300+ grain bullet at 1600-1800fps? Heavy duty.

I got to clicking around on the web, and sure enough, Midway is starting a website. It's still pretty rough, but worth a look-see.

Ahhhhh...And what fine weapons they are. I've shot a D.E. .44 Mag for about 10 years now, hand loads and so forth...I have not yet tried the .50 AE, and quite frankly, the .44 is more than enough, with the right handloads. I've taken many a deer and wild hog with it.

As for the .44 Corbon - well, I havn't heard of this one yet. Sounds pretty radical.
