WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1999--Starnet
Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC-BB:SNMM) ("Starnet") is
pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Softec Systems
Caribbean Inc. ("Softec") has entered into agreements to license its
proprietary Internet gaming technologies to Stack-Em Holdings Inc.
("Stack-Em Holdings") and Glen Eagles Holdings Inc. ("Glen Eagles").
Softec Systems Caribbean Inc. (www.softecsystems.com) is a wholly
owned Starnet subsidiary based in Antigua, which licenses Starnet's
"proprietary" Internet gaming technologies to independent operators.
Stack-Em Holdings and Glen Eagles will be supplied with a customized,
integrated Internet gaming system, including virtual Casino games, a
Sportsbook with real-time odds feed from Las Vegas and Europe, and
simulcast horse and dog racing (no wagers taken at this time). The
licensee's customers will be able to place wagers via a secure online
financial transaction system.
Starnet would also like to announce that the following licensees
have been granted their gaming licenses from the Government of Antigua
and will start implementing the Softec system via the following web

Well the only reason we will see that is because it is a new product and a new company. Once a company gets to be so big like msft it is hard to grow earnings like that.

I expect that there will actually be an acceleration in earnings for at least a couple of quarters, perhaps to the 100% quarter over quarter as the new licensees get up and running. This all depends on the cost for SNMM to maintain this growth. I believe that it is too early to see that right now. A 6 cent quarter would be great. Anything on top, outstanding.
