Nathanc,

When you say WIN modems "can't do VOICE OVER IP" is this due to a theoretical limitation within W-OFDM or this an attribute of the current modem?

Regarding "reconfiguring modems", you say they have to be brought down and brought back up again. What do you mean by reconfiguring, as I've used modems for years and don't even know what reconfiguring is let alone having a need to do it.
