SYCR the bet is on: here is the latest press release from Yahoo. Bender further stated: ''Provided the Bankruptcy Court approves Syncronys' Plan and Disclosure Statement, there are two additional steps for the company to emerge from bankruptcy. what does this mean????? 1. Mail a copy of the Plan and Disclosure Statement to all creditors together with a ballot for voting. All creditors have a right to vote. 2. Provide evidence to the Bankruptcy Court through the filing of a Brief at a subsequent plan confirmation hearing that Syncronys has complied with all of the requirements which are necessary to confirm the Plan of Reorganization.'' The company is excited about its future once it can operate without the stigma of Chapter 11. I like this statement Who wants to gamble??? 50/50 Stay tuned.... jimmy
